Do I need an account?
No. Reading, listening, recording and the streak all work without one. An account is needed for Ask Tabbi and to keep your progress if you change phones. Sign in with Apple, Google or an emailed code, from Settings.
I changed phones and my streak is gone
Sign in with the same account and it comes back. If you never signed in, the streak lived only on the old phone.
Listen sounds like a robot
Every lesson has a recorded native voice. If you hear the phone's built-in voice instead, the recording could not be downloaded, usually because there was no connection at the time. Open the lesson again with a connection and tap Listen.
Say it does not record
Check that Tabbi Daily is allowed to use the microphone in your phone's Settings, under Privacy, Microphone.
Can I see yesterday's lesson?
Swipe right on Today. The last seven days are there. Older phrases stay in Review if you starred them.
Deleting your account
Settings, Delete account. It removes everything on our servers and on your phone, immediately. If you want to keep the app but start fresh, delete and reinstall it instead.
