Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Liha LLC, a California company, about the Tabbi Daily app. By using the app you agree to them. They cover the app only; the Tabbi website has its own terms.
The app
Tabbi Daily gives you one English phrase a day, a recording of it, a way to record yourself, a streak, saved phrases, and Ask Tabbi. The app is free. There are no purchases in this version. If we add paid features later, they will be described in the app before you buy anything.
Your account
You can use the app without an account. If you sign in, keep your sign-in method secure and use an email address you control. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Our content
The lessons, recordings, text and design of Tabbi Daily belong to Liha LLC or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape or resell them, or use them to build another product.
Your recordings
Recordings you make with Say it are yours. They stay on your phone and we make no claim to them.
Ask Tabbi
Ask Tabbi answers are written by an AI model. They are meant to help you learn and can be wrong, awkward or incomplete. Use your judgment, and do not rely on them for anything important. Each account may ask 15 questions a day and 150 a month. Do not use Ask Tabbi through automated means or to try to make it produce harmful content.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the app or its servers, attempt to access other people's accounts, or use the app in a way that breaks the law.
No guarantees
We work hard on Tabbi Daily, but it is provided as is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that using it will produce any particular result in your English. To the extent the law allows, Liha LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which for this version is nothing.
Ending things
You can stop using the app or delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice in the app for anything that affects your saved data.
Apple
The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, the app will tell you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of California.
